1. Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the BungoBoxes while the BungoBoxes are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the BungoBoxes. If the BungoBoxes are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the BungoBoxes. Retail value of the BungoBoxes are $24.99 for the (L) BungoBox and $29.99 for the (XL) BungoBox.
2. Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the Wardrobe while the Wardrobes are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Wardrobes. If the Wardrobes are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Wardrobe. Retail value of the Wardrobe is $59.99 each.
3. Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the BungoWheels while the BungoWheels are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the BungoWheels. If the BungoWheels are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the BungoWheels. Retail value of the BungoWheels is $75.00.
4. Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for pick-up and delivery of the BungoBoxes. If the customer does not give 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments there may be additional delivery or cancellation fees applied in the amount of $25.00.
5. Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to have the BungoBoxes & BungoWheels returned by the agreed upon date. For each additional day that the BungoBoxes are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.25 per day per BungoBox. If the BungoBoxes are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the BungoBoxes; and will be charged the full retail value of the BungoBoxes at a rate of $24.99 for the (L) BungoBox and $29.99 for the (XL) BungoBox. For each additional day that the BungoWheels are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.75 per day. If the Wardrobes are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Wardrobe; and will be charged the full retail value of the Wardrobe at a rate of $59.99 each. If the BungoWheels are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the BungoWheels; and will be charged the full retail value of the BungoWheels at a rate of $75.00 each.
6. Customer acknowledges that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer acknowledges and authorizes BungoBox to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

BungoBox recognizes that your privacy is important to you. Your privacy is also important to us. This Privacy Policy and Agreement ("Privacy Policy") will tell you what information we collect about you and your use of our Web Site, how we use that information, and how we share it with others. Whenever this Privacy Policy refers to "we", "our", or "us", it is referring to this Web Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Collecting Personal Information. Personal information is information that can be used to identify you or contact you. In general, you can visit www.BungoBox.ca without providing any personal information. Some sections of our Site invite you to contact us for more information. In this case we will request your first and last name and e-mail address and use them to send you the information you requested from us or contact you. If you decide that you no longer want to receive e-mail from us, you can ask us to remove you from our mailing list by contacting us at the e-mail address at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
